- Selection for leader, facilitator, and secretary.
Decisions:
- @exodrifter selected as leader for 3 months (2026-04-19 to 2026-07-19).
- @lunarequest selected as facilitator for 3 months (2026-04-19 to 2026-07-19).
- @generalred selected as secretary for 3 months (2026-04-19 to 2026-07-19).
Notes:
- The meeting took a very long time due to it being async and the attendees living in multiple time zones.
- Agreed that the round of making sure everyone has nominations written down can be skipped, if everyone spoilers their initial nominations.
- Nominations were done altogether instead of one by one, which went well. However, consenting to selections was done individually which took a while. It was agreed selections could be done simultaneously.
- There’s a concern that the admin meeting pace will be too slow to keep up community, which is meeting every week.
- Generally agreed that a voice call is preferable over an async one.
