Notes:
- The original proposal came about as a way to speed up asynchronous meetings in a way that would still hold up sociocratic principles
- The first round was comments, there was general support and the initial idea for a date range was made
- The second round was comments, mostly about the date range needing to be inclusive of a 3-4 round decision process
- The third round was comments, where the process was amended with a 3-4 week date range
- It was indicated this time range is likely to change as we familiarize with this process
- The fourth and final round was the consent round, where the proposal reached consensus
- @rohajin indicated she would be temporarily withdrawing through due to life circumstances, so she was absent for the consent round and may be absent for the next meeting
