Sorry for the delay in starting the async meeting the past few weeks have been a but busier then expected to starting of my uni semester. Please suggest topics for the agenda.
I would like suggest these agenda items:
- Approve some kind of fundraising mechanism.
- My suggestion: Set up Discourse Subscriptions to pay out to exodrifter LLC via Stripe, I promise to only spend or disburse the contributed funds on t/suki, and I publish a public quarterly financial transparency report.
- Alternatives include but are not limited to Open Collective and Liberapay.
- You can see the cost of our infrastructure here.
- Select someone to fill a “sociocracy advisor” operating role.
- This person would study sociocracy, consult with all the circles, write documents on the wiki establishing a recommended standard operating procedure, and advise circles on operational questions.
- We are all new to Sociocratic operation, so I think having someone to help people learn could be very useful.
