Hi! I’m Mayuuri, a game developer. I like (love) videogames! I currently have one (1) game published on itch which is called “Naishitai: The parts I’m missing”. People say it’s cool I think. It’s about this girl who eats ramen while watching tv and she also cuts parts of her own body. It’s kind of a visual novel but also it has some mechanics that tie the story together so it’s sort of an experimental thingy.
I’m working on another game that is about a diabetic girl who loses the will to live but in her path to say goodbye finds an angel, although this angel is the edgiest angel alive and starts brutally bullying her. It’s a shmup game but also is very focused on the narrative as well.
Right now though I paused that because I’m working on an improved version of Naishitai to support multiple languages and some accessibility features and also do some more work in the presentation as well since I want to release it on Steam.
I really like games like What Remains of Edith Finch and Outer Wilds and Katamari Damacy and The Stanley Parable and Scorn and Hyper Demon and waaaa I like so many games!
