Basically, Nexon directly struck the anti-review-manipulation rules by running a Steam review event for Blue Archive with ingame rewards, while 11bit, by their own admission, failed to disclose AI-generated content in both the release and the production process of The Alters.
Neither have met any repercussions from Valve.
