It was a very good video, and the editing turned out great! The node chart growing over the length of the video was also a very cool visualization, wonder if any comments will ever ask about it. Also, loved seeing the large-size emotes sprinkled in, especially the :3? one, it has such a cute crayon-y art style I’ve never noticed!
The only part that kinda tripped me up was trying to listen to you talk and reading the fake discord messages as they happened, something about the messages being typed and you talking at the same time made it hard to process both. Every other time there’s text already on screen it was totally fine. Might just be a me thing.
Oh oh, and the BGM at 5:59 seems to be a soda can opening?? Epic sound honestly, more musical than I’ve ever heard it. Sounds great in the rest of the song too.
p.s. it is interesting how a lot of the phrases with Yuri in them can work if you cut them short…

I think it’s because the fake discord messages feels like someone is having a conversation that you should listen to but you’re already listening to me talk. I couldn’t figure out how to slow it down without the pacing feeling weird, so I left it overlapping.
The BGM at 5:59 is rhodophyta. Yeah, it has a recording of a soda can I opened on stream.

This was an amazingly presented retrospective! I love how you organized it and displayed the progress. I do agree with the discord messages, although I didn’t think much of it because I was focused more on the narration.
