If this does not work on linux, I wonder if those shaders could be built into the godot editor, and be toggled in the game window. The ability to overlay any application does seem handy though.

There’s a userguide here (the README tries to link to it, but the link is incorrect), and it appears to be a Windows-only application.

You could probably port the shaders to any engine. I’m not sure how much better the shaders would be, compared to something like this random Godot plugin I found though. Supposedly the shaders in Chroma would be better quality, since Ubisoft claims that they worked closely with accessibility experts on it.

Even if Chroma doesn’t end up becoming a cross-platform project, I would be happy to see improvements in all colorblind tools as a result of this project.
