This is the second t/suki organizing meeting, for us to meet and discuss how to organize t/suki into a different organizational structure (like Sociocracy). Everyone is welcome to attend this meeting!
In the meeting, we will decide the vision and mission of t/suki that will be used when we transition to a Sociocratic governance structure. If you have not done so yet, I recommend reading the Sociocracy Primer (~75m) before the meeting.
You’ll need a MatrixRTC-compatible client to join this call, like Element Web. In the case of technical issues, we will fall back to holding the meeting in my Discord server (I’ll post an invite link if needed).
As a heads up, I plan on having only one more organizing meeting after this one. The third and last organizing meeting will be about distributing the organization’s responsibilities into the initial circles and giving out responsibility for running those circles to members.
